Submit a Request Form
Reach out through our website to reserve beef or pork. -
Reserve with a Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your animal. -
The remaining 50% balance is due after slaughter, based on hanging weight.

Processing is paid by customer
Customers can personalize their meat order by filling out a cut sheet.
All meat is professionally processed and picked up at Yoder’s Sausage Kitchen – Jamesport, Missouri
Beef is ready in approximately 3 weeks -
Pork is ready in approximately 2 weeks

Whole Beef
Maximum value and complete variety. Fits in a large chest freezer. Approx 400-500 lbs.
Half Beef
The family favorite for semi-annual stock ups. Includes all primary cuts. Approx 200-250 lbs.
Quarter Beef
Ideal entry into bulk purchasing. Fits in a standard kitchen freezer. Approx 100-125 lbs.
