The Process: From Reservation to Pickup

How it Works

  • Submit a Request Form
    Reach out through our website to reserve beef or pork.

  • Reserve with a Deposit
    A 50% deposit is required to secure your animal.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due after slaughter, based on hanging weight.

  • Processing & Pickup

      Processing is paid by customer

      Customers can personalize their meat order by filling out a cut sheet.

      All meat is professionally processed and picked up at Yoder’s Sausage Kitchen – Jamesport, Missouri

      Beef is ready in approximately 3 weeks
    • Pork is ready in approximately 2 weeks
       

Premium Grass-Fed Beef
 

Pricing

  • $4.00 per lb (hanging weight)

  • Processing fees paid directly to the processor

  • Average processing cost: ~$450 per whole cow

Whole Beef

Maximum value and complete variety. Fits in a large chest freezer. Approx 400-500 lbs.

Half Beef

The family favorite for semi-annual stock ups. Includes all primary cuts. Approx 200-250 lbs.

Quarter Beef

Ideal entry into bulk purchasing. Fits in a standard kitchen freezer. Approx 100-125 lbs.

Pasture-Raised Mangalitsa Pork

Pricing

  • $3.50 per lb (hanging weight)

  • Processing fees paid directly to the processor

  • Average processing cost: ~$150 per whole pig

Whole Pastured Heritage Pig
  • Approximately 120lbs of freezer-ready meat
  • Custom cut sheet available for all specialty cuts
Half Pastured Pig
  • Approximately 60lbs of freezer-ready meat. Custom cut sheet available for all specialty cuts
